Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with proven international exposure and experience working with expatriates
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in student recruitment or higher education marketing, with demonstrated success in recruiting students for overseas study.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian education landscape and international student recruitment trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally overseas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, education agents, and schools.
- Lead events, info sessions, and digital campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
