Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Explain how their daily responsibilities in past roles reflected a personal commitment to health and safety, going beyond compliance to actively promote a safety-first culture
• Describe how their department contributed to improving overall performance and how they used the Production System to bring value across all domains including safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and environment

Job Description:

• Make a Analysis Report of Manufacture Division (Production Performance, Manufacturing Cost, Manufacture Issue, & Improvement Planning)
• Conduct activity (programs, training, or educations, etc.) by preparing the outline for the activities to be created, review & monitoring the performance after activity, and maintaining good result
• Compile & report Export progress regularly
• Manage delivery plan, schedule of cutrag, & monitoring inventory
• Manage, control, monitor, and purchase plan the stock management of consumable parts, key spare parts, & assemblies parts
• Prepare contract document of Machine procurement

What you'll be doing

• Manage workshop process information, including process records, SOPs, and batch traceability.
• Ensure that production records are complete and meet customer audit requirements.
• Check the implementation of process specifications, conduct daily inspections and handle anomalies to ensure compliance with management standards.
• Issue technical process instructions, train employees, and ensure that production complies with process standards.
• Assign tasks, follow up on production progress, and manage delivery dates.
• Optimize the workflow, improve efficiency, check the production process, and ensure normal operation.

What we're looking for

• Have the ability to speak Mandarin Chinese
• 2 years or more of management experience in the precursor industry workshop, covering personnel, equipment, and process management experience;

Formal Education and Training:

Minimum as Diploma : Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Occupational Experience:

3 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing company with relevant fields.

Additional Knowledge & Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of product standards and quality.
2. Proficient in writing and speaking English.
3. Strong leadership skills.
4. Understand about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements.
5. Understand about the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
6. Able to carry out hazard identification and EHS risks assessment as well as identification and assessment environmental aspects of environmental impacts.
