Support the Procurement Business Partner Team in managing the Procurement Organization's on-site operations and contribute to the development of Procurement solutions to achieve Business operational needs and overall customer satisfaction
Job Description :
- Support the Business Partner Team with the execution of day-to-day operational tasks across on-site operations
- Support the Business Partner Team to ensure effective and timely communications between the Business Units and the Procurement Organization
- Support the Business Partner Team with the collection and analysis of internal Business requirements (demand)
- Support the Business Partner Team in defining the criteria for internal customer satisfaction surveys and identify the relevant stakeholders within each Business Unit
- Support the development and distribution of internal customer satisfaction surveys to identified stakeholders with alignment from the Business Partner Operations
- Develop and distribute customer satisfaction reports to the identified stakeholders
- Support the development and communication of customer satisfaction improvement plans in alignment with the Business Partner Team
- Support the Business Partner Team by identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement, innovation, and value creation to increase overall process effectiveness
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Business Unit stakeholders and work closely with them to implement solutions to meet their current and future Business needs
- Provide support where necessary during the implementation of Procurement improvement initiatives
- Support and communicate compliance improvement plans to the relevant Business Unit stakeholders to resolve non-compliance activities
- Ensure consistent implementation of the organization's policies, processes and business practices to ensure compliance
- Support auditors and legal authorities with the required information
- Participate in all required trainings & development programs to ensure capability building and keeping up with the market trends
- Seek opportunities to identify inefficiency and existing process as well as improve individual knowledge, skills and performance
- Proactively gain understanding of the Business Unit's operating environment and apply awareness of the operational goals and objectives when implementing Procurement processes or initiatives

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
