SOURCING

  • Check and obtain product specifications & requirements with requestors.
  • Performs RFQ & RFP (Local & Overseas) and RFI & RFX (Tenders & Contracts).
  • Conducts strategic sourcing & pre-qualify new suppliers.
  • Obtain quotations for comparisons on price, MOQ, lead time, quality, shipping terms.
  • Expand current pool of vendors / Search for alternative products.
  • Prices/Contracts review and negotiations.

PURCHASING

  • Orders Processing: Creates and sends Purchase Orders to local and global suppliers.
  • Orders Confirmation: Obtain orders acknowledgement from local and global suppliers.
  • Payments to Suppliers: Provide invoices & supporting documents to Finance team for processing.
  • Orders Status: Monitors and follow up with local and global suppliers for delivery dates.

LOGISTICS

  • Shipping documents: Obtain relevant documents from suppliers (Commercial Invoice & Packing List), freight forwarders (Airway Bill, Bill of Lading) & clearance agents (Import Permit).
  • Coordinating & liaising with local and global vendors, internal stakeholders & freight forwarders for all shipments.
  • Goods receipt: Creates Incoming Shipment Notification (ISN) for warehouse to perform goods receiving.

QUALITY SUPPORT

  • Defining quality objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitoring and controlling processes to prevent defects.
  • Identify the root causes of NCRs and work with suppliers to resolve them.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
  • Experience with freight forwarding and transportation management.
  • Familiarity with shipping terms, import/export regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
