Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for sales of the company's dental consumables and related equipment.
2. Regularly visit clinics, hospitals, and other potential customers to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Understand customer needs and provide professional product presentations, demonstrations, and solutions.
4. Assist in developing sales plans and achieving sales targets.
5. Collect market information and competitor insights to provide market feedback.
6. Participate in product training and promotional activities to enhance customer satisfaction and brand visibility.

Job requirements:

1. Associate degree or above, preferably in Marketing or a medical-related field.
2. 2-3 years of sales experience in the medical or aesthetic industry; experience in dental product sales is a plus.(If you think you have good sales potential, you can have no work experience)
3. Strong communication skills and customer service awareness.
4. Fluent in both English and Indonesian(Chinese is a plus),with the ability to use them as working languages.If
5. Responsible, willing to travel, and capable of independently developing new clients.

Position Summary

The Procurement Officer is responsible for independently managing the end-to-end procurement process of surgical tools, implants, and other operational needs. Acting as the key procurement function in Allvacon, this role requires strong ownership, vendor management capabilities, and the ability to operate autonomously without daily supervision, while maintaining compliance, cost-effectiveness, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

A. Procurement Execution
• Handle full purchasing cycle: PR, PO, vendor coordination, and delivery monitoring

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supply terms with medical principle

• Proactively follow up deliveries to ensure schedule accuracy and completeness

B. Vendor & Marketplace Management
• Manage relationships with suppliers of medical devices, implants, and general operational goods

• Track supplier performance (timeliness, service, compliance) and escalate any gaps

• Maintain and update vendor database and sourcing references

C. Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all procurement activities meet SOPs, quality, and healthcare standards

• Manage complete documentation (PO–DO–Invoice–Contract) for audit and reporting purposes

• Support internal control processes with Finance and Inventory

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a medical-related field

Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in medical devices, hospital supply, or surgical tools

Proven ability to manage procurement independently without daily supervision

Strong understanding of vendor negotiation, documentation, and inventory coordination

Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and familiar with ERP or purchasing systems

Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a strong plus

Requirements:

3. Must possess a CDAKB (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) training certificate issued by a training institution recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.

5. Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device distribution, installation, or warehouse management.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and develop the operations team (TS, scheduler, QC).

• Mentor junior TS and build an internal leadership pipeline.

• Act as a bridge in handling field conflicts, burnout cases, and cross-team misalignments.

• Guarantee device readiness for surgeries (QC, maintenance, post-use collection).

• Resolve operational issues using PDCA and root cause analysis.

• Drive continuous improvement to minimize operational risks.

• Act as the operational integrator across Sales, Finance, HR, and Inventory.

• Contribute to SOP development, dashboard refinement, and scalable system design.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Health-related field.
