Automation

- Leading the upgrade and transformation of the automatic control system of the base: optimizing the control of key energy supply systems such as frozen water, boiler, air pressure, vacuum and nitrogen production in the factory system.

Energy:

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex hybrid power plants. This role requires deep expertise in MV/LV systems and a robust understanding of how to dynamically control and interconnect three distinct renewable sources: solar PV, Battery Energy Storage (BESS), and a biomass gasification generator set. The ultimate goal is to create a stable, synchronized system that distributes power through a 20kV network to end customers.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture & Electrical Design:
· Lead the master system design for off-grid/microgrid systems combining solar PV, BESS, and biomass gasification gensets.
· Develop detailed single-line diagrams (SLDs), protection schemes, and grid interconnection designs for 20kV distribution.
· Specify all critical electrical components: MV switchgear, step-up transformers, inverters (PV and BESS), switchgear, protection relays, and synchronizing panels.
· Design the complex control and synchronization system to manage variable solar output, dispatchable BESS, and the thermal inertia of the biomass gasifier.
· Ensure full compliance with IEC/IEEE standards, local utility grid codes, and stringent safety regulations.
2. Commissioning & Operational Support:
· Develop detailed commissioning and testing procedures for the entire integrated system.
· Provide expert-level support during on-site commissioning, troubleshooting complex synchronization and power quality issues.
· Analyze system performance data to optimize the dispatch strategy between solar, battery, and biomass generation.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems specialization). Master's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering, with a focus on generation and MV distribution.
· Proven, hands-on experience designing and integrating at least two of the following three technologies: solar PV, BESS, and engine-based gensets. Experience with all three is ideal.
· Direct experience with the interconnection and control of biomass gasification plants or other bioenergy systems is a massive advantage.
· Proficiency in engineering simulation software (e.g., ETAP, SKM PowerTools, PSSE).
· Excellent understanding of power quality management and grid stability in weak or islanded grids.
