**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company.
This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
+ Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.
+ Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.
+ Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.
+ Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
+ Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Recruit for entry-level to Sr level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or sensitive information.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will help build the team that builds a better world. In this strategic role, you'll lead the full hiring cycle-from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding-while partnering with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies that align with business goals.

Work Location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
Travel Requirement: No

**What You Will Do:**
+ Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.
+ Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.
+ Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
+ Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
**What Skills You Have:**
+ **Relationship Management** : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
+ **Customer/Market Focus** : Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
+ **Recruitment Channel Management** : Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.
+ **Candidate Screening** : Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
+ **Candidate Sourcing** : Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.
+ **Staffing and Recruiting** : Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
**What Will Set You Apart:**
+ 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
+ Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise on hiring managers and influence decisions.
+ Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and sourcing platforms.
+ Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
+ Passion for building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
+ Willingness to relocate to Batam or travel as needed to support hiring initiatives at the facility.
**Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):**
+ This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
