Green Camp Bali is looking for passionate and energetic Facilitators to join our short-term experiential learning program

Program Dates: 14–19 September 2025

Location: Green Camp Bali, Sibang – Bali

Type: Short-term | Full-day commitment

Main Responsibilities

  • To take a lead in facilitating, coordinating, and delivering residential/day outdoor education programs as well as meeting the learning outcomes of the programs.
  • Co-design, write/develop sessions curriculum.
  • To undertake relevant training as and when required.
  • Communicate and liaise with inquiries from parents, agents, and Ayana through various correspondence.
  • To contribute to, to comply with, all safeguarding policies and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reflections on campers' attendance, behavior, and progress
  • Actively contribute to facility maintenance and cleaning as needed at the end of each camp day
  • To work flexibly including some evenings and weekends.
  • To facilitate activity sessions in such a way that all participants feel valued, safe, and part of a team.
  • To deliver a wide range of outdoor programs including team building, climbing, swimming, high ropes, river activities, hiking, biking, etc.
  • Supervise and assure physical/emotional safety of all participants
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
  • Demonstrate commitment, reliability, punctuality, and responsible behavior
  • To seek to build positive relationships with groups of both young learners from the age of 7 to 12 y.o

Position Criteria

  • At least 20 years of age, have full working rights in Indonesia
  • Degree in Education/Communication/Science/Environmental Science/English Literature
  • Min. 1 year teaching/leading experience either indoors or outdoors
  • High level and excellent ability to speak and write in English
  • High interest in and knowledge of the natural world and sustainability as well as the ability to combine creativity and leadership together
  • Most important: highly enthusiastic and responsible person committed to teaching adults, youth and children
  • Physically fit and dependable, able to work long days with groups of students in nature, at Green Camp.
  • Has experience in leading TEFL/ ELL class

FUNGSI UTAMA

Fungsi utama dari
Fasilitator Desa
adalah melakukan fasilitasi dan pendampingan masyarakat desa untuk mendukung pendampingan tujuan dari program yang dilaksanakan.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB:

· Fasilitator Desa akan bertugas dan tinggal di desa yang telah ditetapkan, serta bersosialisasi dengan kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat desa

· Memfasilitasi rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan di ruang lingkup desa sesuai kerangka pelaksanaan program untuk tujuan penguatan dan peningkatan kapasitas bagi pemerintahan desa dan masyarakat desa.

· Membuat catatan harian mengenai pengamatan dinamika sosial, ekonomi, budaya, dan lingkungan di desa yang ditunjuk sebagai lokasi kerja.

· Membantu Manajer Lanskap dalam menyusun rancangan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan setiap harinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan lapangan, serta bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan.

· Memberikan saran teknis dan dukungan teknis kepada Manajer Lanskap untuk keberhasilan pelaksanaan program di lapangan berdasarkan situasi terkini di ruang lingkup desa.

· Mengumpulkan informasi serinci-rincinya tentang kehidupan masyarakat desa dampingan, menganalisisnya dan melaporkannya kepada Manajer Lanskap sebagai bahan untuk mengambil keputusan strategis terkait pengimplementasian program di tingkat desa.

· Membangun hubungan yang erat dan harmonis dengan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat dan warga desa lainnya, serta mengembangkan jaringan antar desa.

· Mampu beradaptasi dan belajar dari segala hal yang muncul di dalam proses pendampingan desa yang dilakukan sebagai bagian dalam pengembangan kapasitas diri.

· Mampu mengidentifikasi peluang program pemberdayaan masyarakat desa seperti perhutanan sosial, skema kompensasi biodiversitas, dan/atau skema pembayaran berbasis jasa lingkungan/ekosistem lainnya dengan berkoordinasi dengan Manajer Lanskap.

HASIL ATAU KELUARAN DARI TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB:

· Catatan harian tentang pengamatan sosial, ekonomi, budaya, dan lingkungan di desa yang ditunjuk dan disampaikan setiap bulannya kepada Manajer Lanskap.

· Laporan dwi mingguan dan triwulan terkait dengan rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan di ruang lingkup desa sesuai kerangka pelaksanaan program.

· Laporan Kondisi Umum dan Khusus atas desa yang ditunjuk sesuai dengan format laporan yang telah ditetapkan dan disampaikan ke manajemen program.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimal tamatan Strata-1 (S-1) dengan latar belakang antropologi, ilmu sosial, humaniora, kehutanan, biologi, dan/atau ekonomi pembangunan.

2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja pendampingan desa dan/atau komunitas lainnya, di kawasan hutan minimal 2 tahun.

3. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer/laptop dan
software
 MS Office (Word dan Excel).

4. Bersedia berkerja

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Education Facilitator Officer to join our team.As an Education Frontliner Officer (EFO), you will be the face and voice of PT Kunkwan Mandarin Indonesia, responsible for presenting our Mandarin programs to potential students. You'll engage in sales presentations, guide students through the enrollment process, and support them post-sign-up to ensure a smooth experience. You'll also contribute to live learning sessions and work closely with both teaching and marketing teams to optimize student conversion

Responsibilities:

1) Course Presentation & Sales


• Deliver energetic and informative course presentations via Zoom to potential students.


• Highlight course benefits, outcomes, and success stories to encourage enrollment.


• Follow up with leads, handle objections, and do closing sales professionally.

2) Student Support & Onboarding


• Assist new students with registration and onboarding.


• Address queries or concerns after enrollment and ensure satisfaction.

3) Follow-Ups


• Engage with interested but undecided leads through WhatsApp/Zoom.


• Provide extra info or live demos when necessary to support their decision.

4) Learning Collaboration


• Occasionally host short learning sessions or trial classes in Mandarin (basic level only).


• Collaborate with tutors to align learning experience with student expectations.

5) Teamwork & Strategy


• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to enhance strategy and student experience.


• Take part in monthly campaigns, promotions, and content support.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in leadership, team management, sales, or marketing.


• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken). Able to speak Mandarin (Compulsory)


• Age below 40 years old.


• Comfortable speaking via Zoom.


• Must possess own Laptop/PC for daily operations.


• Energetic, persuasive, and confident in online presentations.


• Willing to work on a rotating shift and weekends.


• Must be an Indonesian Citizen (with valid identification).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
