Job Description
- Support Document Owners (e.g., Operations Division and Finance Operations Department) in collaborating to develop policies/guidelines/procedures that comply with the Bank's standards.
- Ensure timely creation and updates of policies/guidelines/procedures under their area of responsibility.
- Analyze current operational processes and take initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen control, and enhance workflows for both internal and external customers.
- Ensure all accountable policies/guidelines/procedures comply with the latest banking regulations, such as anti-money laundering (AML), data privacy, and other regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitor the performance of operational processes and implement iterations as needed.
- Manage the administration and documentation of all policies, guidelines, and procedures within their responsibility.
- Manage and contribute to various initiatives or projects aimed at developing and improving operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Document Owners to follow up on audit findings related to the relevant policies/guidelines/procedures.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in operational or credit process improvement, policy development, or project management in the banking sector.
- Have knowledge of digital banking operational systems, including core banking systems and regulatory compliance.
- Strong skills in identifying efficiency opportunities and managing changes in complex operational processes.
- Ability to develop SOPs and policies that automate business processes and ensure compliance with service standards.
