- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and Unix environments.
- Set up, manage, and optimize SQL Server and other database systems, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

You'll be accountable for the service delivery performance within completion & well intervention and service delivery productivity. You'll works in close collaboration with the various Service Delivery Managers within the region to drive consistency and execution excellence
As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with Service Delivery Managers to understand activity forecast and verify appropriate resources to enable flawless execution and on-time delivery
- Participating in local business performance reviews meeting with key accounts and high impact incident response with local customers
- Ensuring transactional discipline and adoption of managing the job cycle process and content
- Ensuring trained and competent personnel to perform each activity
- Identifying any gaps in local capabilities and develop improvement plans.
- Executing remote operations and/or multi-skilling strategy to drive service delivery productivity
- Assigning technical job planning and support resources to work with Service Delivery Coordinator to develop job programs in line with requirements

- Have bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Have at least 10 years' experience in applications engineering of Sand control Gravel Pack jobs
- Have great background on sand control operations.
- Have technical experience with Sand control tools, screens and Pumping operations (Gravel Pack Cased Hole, Open Hole and HRWP).
- Have experiences conducting sand control designs (Gravel pack simulations).
- Have deepwater or offshore gravel pack pumping experience
- Have knowledge of processes and good understanding of offshore operations
