This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta for a Technical Manager for Cybersecurity at Terrabyte Solusi Indonesia. The Technical Manager will be responsible for technical enablement and product management functions for our cybersecurity portfolio. This role combines deep technical leadership with strategic product sales management, including direct engagement with vendor principals, partners and end users. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, supporting channel partners, and maintaining strong relationships with cybersecurity vendors to ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive cybersecurity solution sales in Indonesia.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including enterprises, financial institutions, and government sectors.
• Provide technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions, including threat intelligence, endpoint security, cloud security, and network security.
• Manage relationships with vendors and align their roadmap to the company target for distribution and strategy.
• Work closely with internal technical teams and vendors to design and propose security solutions for customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase cybersecurity solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging cyber threats, and competitive solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience of 3 years in Cybersecurity, especially in Security Validation / Data protection / Zero Trust Architecture / CTI & DRP / PAM & Security Hardening solutions
• Team Management and Project Management experience
• Proven ability to support channel partners, manage vendor relationships, and drive product adoption
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales technical enablement across diverse cybersecurity solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or IT Engineering

Requirement

• Bachelor of Marine Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years sailing experience as chief engineer, preferably AHTS or Hp above 3700 KW
• Has Experience as Chief Mechanic who regulates maintenance and repair of ships for a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience as the Naval Architecture Manager or Assistant Manager of mechanical engineering 3 years.
• Having a Technical Expert Certificate, preferably a level 1 Technician with a minimum of ATT 2.

Responsibilities

• Responsible & Provide consultation to Executive Management on all matters relating to the maintenance and technical repairs of the ship's fleet.
• Develop audit program techniques to ensure that Company Policies are carried out by the team safely and reliably.
• Review and monitor engineering expenses so that repair and maintenance costs can be efficient and effective
• Build and provide support in the Development of the Technical Team in carrying out their responsibilities

• Supervise and control ship operational and maintenance costs from planning annual maintenance costs and ship docking costs.

Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Memastikan seluruh armada dalam keadaan laik laut sehingga menjaga keamanan pengoperasian kapal serta pencegahan pencemaran laut;
• Melaksanakan manajemen visit ke seluruh armada;
• Membuat dan menyajikan pelaporan kegiatan technical, serta melakukan analisa kinerja Divisi Tecnical secara berkala;
• Membuat dan memastikan rencana kerja technical berjalan sesuai target yang ditetapkan;

• Lead and manage the SAP HCM team to ensure smooth implementation, maintenance, and support of the SAP HCM system.

1. Develop low-voltage/medium-voltage switchgear and related electrical solutions according to customer requirements, ensuring compliance with international and Indonesian standards (e.g., IEC, SNI).
2. Participate in pre-sales technical support, including solution design, BOM preparation, technical drawing review, and cost estimation.
3. Assist the sales team with technical clarification and customer communication, and participate in bid Q&A sessions and technical presentations.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and engineering departments to ensure solution feasibility and delivery schedules.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with experience in low-voltage/medium-voltage power distribution system design.
2. Familiar with major electrical brands (Schneider, ABB, Siemens, etc.) and their product specifications.
3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in pre-sales technical support or project solution design.
4. Proficient in reading electrical drawings and using relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
