Make sure there are no complaints from customers regarding the use of the matching equipment at the port.
Make sure that all spare parts are available for the port according to the catalog or manual book in the port's warehouse when they are needed
Make sure that there aren't any interruptions in service for any of the port's terminal equipment
Make sure that all of the maintenance staff comply with applicable HSE regulations.
Able to make unit maintenance schedule planning, maintenance service schedule plan, backlog plan, greasing plant, midlife plant and component overhaul plan, and unit overhaul
Able to make budgeting for bearing equipment units and trucking units (annual)
Make plan daily, weekly, and monthly (plan VS actual) monitoring unit breakdown
Coordinating with the procurement department for the operational needs of heavy equipment
Job Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years in the industry of heavy machinery and related occupations (Reach Stacker, Side Loader, Forklift, Crane)
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and has good presentation skills
Have knowledge about Heavy Equipment and Sparepart specification
Have knowledge about Business process management and HSE (Health Safety Environment)
Know about BMC (Basic Maintenance Course) in Heavy Equipment
Preferably High voltage control knowledge
