Job Description:

• Support the Technical PM in building project plans, timelines, and schedules.

• Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

• Manage tasks and backlog using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.

• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.

Pre-sales support

1. To conduct and understand requirement studies with prospects and customers.

9. 24x7 on-site customer support and standby support (if required for some project).

10. Build strong relationship with the principals and alliances.

12. To maintain and acquire technical certification on products that are required by the company as key partners to product principal.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A minimum diploma/degree in Information Technology/ Computer Sciences or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the IT field (e.g., server, storage, network, cyber security, cloud, network firewall, backup solution, etc.).
