Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Software Engineer located in Yogyakarta. The Software Engineer will be responsible for software development tasks including coding, debugging, testing, and maintaining software applications. Day-to-day tasks will involve programming, managing databases, and working with technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). The individual will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance of the software.

Responsibilities :

• Assist task force team to develop and leverage standard and implementation of Process Safety Management elements
• Monitor operating unit PSM programs through reviews of process hazards studies, serious incident and other reports, and auditing plant compliance.
• Assist plant as technical resources in process hazards analysis
  (i.e. HAZOP, What-If, SIL/LOPA, Bow-tie etc.)
  programs and special hazards evaluations
• Participate in pre-start-up safety reviews of new major units or major modifications of existing units.
• Set up and help ensure that adequate auditing resources are identified and appropriate PSM audits are completed, with follow-up according to PSM Audit Program.
• To review plans and specifications for construction of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all process safety requirements have been met.
• To recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to chemical, physical, and biological work hazards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in major Chemical Engineering
• Have 5-7 years working experience as Process Safety Engineer
• Has experience on review HAZOP, HAZID, FERA, QRA, SIL Studies and delivering SHE Training
• Excellent knowledge about PSM development & Implementation
• Fluent in english skills both spoken/written

Position Introductory:

We are looking for an achievement-oriented and self-motivated candidate with end user support, procurement working experience and responsible for planning and engineering the company's systems infrastructure. This includes performance monitoring of the systems, patch management of client workstations. Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure services provided by vendor/s to ensure connectivity, availability of applications and services within the company both locally and regionally
• Ensure servers under management are patched timely and hardened according to IT Security guides
• Assist in review and update producers and guidelines pertaining to IT Security and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Manage Windows Domain Controller, Windows server, VM Infrastructure, Office365, Firewall configurations etc
• Overall in-charge and manage acquisition and maintenance of assets (H/W, S/W, Licensing, Subscriptions, etc)
• Plan and conduct IT BCP tests including Disaster Recovery for IT systems
• Conduct security awareness training and manage security vulnerabilities

• Support and evaluate new technology solutioning and implementation

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering /IT or equivalent
• Experience with server performance tuning, capacity planning and reporting desirable
• Min 3 years hands on practical experience troubleshooting operating system and network problems
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, effectively assuming project ownership and manage all aspects of a project rollout from beginning to end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project Management experience is an advantage
• Understand End to End architecture and requirements for applications including H/W, Servers, Virtualisation, Backup services and connectivity
