Key Responsibilities
a. Consulting Excellence
- Lead and oversee complex consulting projects in
IT Strategy & Transformation, Digital Transformation Roadmaps, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Resource Planning, Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Management, and AI & Data Analytics Solutions. - Serve as a
trusted advisor
to executives, delivering insights and recommendations that directly impact business direction. - Ensure the delivery of
high-quality outputs
within defined scope, budget, and timelines. - Define project scope, frameworks, and methodologies in collaboration with stakeholders.
b. Commercial & Business Growth
- Drive business development by
identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and winning strategy for new engagement. - Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients at
executive and board levels
. - Collaborate with Senior Partners and Directors in shaping
go-to-market strategies
, sector focus, and client portfolio expansion. - Monitor engagement
profitability, resource management, and ensure sustainable growth
of the consulting practice.
c. Leadership & People Development
- Lead and mentor diverse consulting teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Promote a culture of

. - Represent Altha in client forums, industry panels, and professional networks, positioning Altha as a

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
from a reputable university, with a strong academic record. A Master's degree (MBA, MM, or equivalent) is highly regarded. - 10+ years of experience
in IT strategy, governance, or transformation, at least 7 years in a consulting/leadership capacity. - Proven ability to
lead multiple engagement
from proposal to execution. - Professional certifications such as
CISA, CGEIT, TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL
is a must.
