Responsibilities

The main responsibilities in the job are:

  • Manage employee registration and updates on Indonesia's social security systems (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) and private insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and government reporting, including WLKP and business licensing via BKPM/OSS.
  • Handle employee onboarding, workplace orientation, and IT coordination for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact with external parties such as BPJS, insurance providers, building management, and vendors for office needs and services.
  • Administer company health insurance plans, assist in claims, and manage policy renewals.
  • Support HR-related finance tasks, including tracking employee medical benefits.
  • Prepare, process, and deliver invoices, including VAT invoices via Coretax.
  • Handle couriering of original financial documents and confirm documentation with project managers.
  • Ensure timely tax filings for VAT Out, Withholding Tax (WHT 23, 4(2)), and WHT 21 for employees.
  • Maintain and renew contracts for office leases, internet service providers, insurance, and other service agreements.
  • General office admin task.

Qualifications and personal skills

Essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor in a relevant Human Resource discipline or Business Administration.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Atleast 1-3 years related experience in HR and/or Admin role.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with BPJS and tax system in Indonesia.
  • Any experience with BKPM/OSS system is a plus point.
