**About The Team**
The Global Network Services (GNS) team is the bank partnership arm within the Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) organization.
The team is set up to accelerate the growth of the Amex License issuing and acquiring business through developing and growing strategic bank partnerships in the region. Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced KOL Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Bitunix. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with KOLs within the cryptocurrency community to drive trading volume and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard influential KOLs, traders, and community leaders to promote our exchange platform.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase trading volume through KOL partnerships and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling campaigns and content tailored for KOL audiences.
- Organize and host webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other events with KOLs to educate and engage the community.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of KOL activities on trading volume and user acquisition, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adapt KOL strategies accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, compliance, and support teams, to ensure alignment on KOL initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to network with potential KOL partners and enhance brand presence.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital asset industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing KOL relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
