One of our clients is currently looking for a Testing Coordinator in APAC.

As a Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing software testing processes from start to finish. You will create and update test cases, coordinate test runs, lead teams of freelance testers, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute directly to the success of high-profile product launches and ensure consistent delivery excellence across various digital platforms. This is a remote position open to candidates located in Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, or Indonesia.

Accountabilities:

• Write and update test cases based on testing strategies and project needs
• Coordinate and manage test runs from initiation to completion
• Monitor testers and test leads, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to testing best practices
• Conduct issue reviews, verify fixed bugs, and maintain updated issue backlogs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to report risks, escalate concerns, and ensure smooth operations
• Track and improve project quality KPIs in coordination with Testing Managers
• Support tester onboarding and act as a backup for other Testing Coordinators when necessary

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on software testing experience (mobile platforms a plus)
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience with the Testlio Platform or other QA platforms preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and  Mandarin
• At least 1 year of experience working with or managing freelance testers preferred
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, fast-paced environment

In this role, you will be a crucial part of our mission to ensure the safety, reliability, and excellence of our products from initial design to mass production. You will have a direct impact on our quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics by analyzing and improving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Boost Quality: Drive improvements in First Pass Yield (FPY) for both new battery models (NPI FT FPY) and mass production (FT FPY).

• Maximize Efficiency: Monitor and optimize Units Per Hour (UPH) to improve test throughput and overall line efficiency for battery pack assembly.

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Analyze and address Customer Test Returns (CTR) and Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM) related to battery performance, capacity, and safety to reduce field failures.

• Solve Complex Problems: Lead investigations into Top Management Loss (TML) events, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that significantly impact yield, cost, or safety.

• Streamline Production: Help reduce Change Over (C/O) time for switching between different battery models and production lines.

• Champion the Customer: Translate the Voice of Customer (VOC)—including feedback on battery life, charging speed, and swelling issues—into concrete quality improvements and design changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Core Electronics Knowledge:
  You must be highly proficient in

• Lithium-ion Battery Expertise:

  You should be skilled in statistical analysis and using tools to interpret data from metrics like FPY and DPPM.

• Problem-Solving:
  You will be a lead investigator, using methods like Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to solve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

1、Associate/Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field.

2、Good command of English with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

3、3+ years of experience in testing-related roles; prior experience working with a leading consumer electronics company is preferred.

4、Familiarity with operating RF-related instruments is advantageous.

5、Experience in RF-related fields is preferred.

6、Knowledge of automated mechanisms and PLC programming is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Consultant (Pentest)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform manual Penetration Tests including network, servers, mobile & desktop applications and web services.
2. Assess security vulnerabilities to identify appropriate remediation: patching, configuration change, deprecation, or exception.
3. Create reports based on vulnerability metrics. Document security flaws including technical details and provide remediation recommendations.
4. Give necessary consultation and presentation to clients regarding security best practices and findings.
5. Conduct onsite penetration test or support to client's site if necessary.

Job Requirements: Requirements (must have):

• BS/MS, preferably in computer science or information systems, or equivalent work experience.

• Demonstrated in-depth experience in at least one of the following areas of technical competency:

• Web application and web service testing

• Network infrastructure penetration testing
• Mobile application security testing (Android/iOS)
• Adversarial attack simulations (Red Teaming)
• Thick client assessment and reverse engineering

• Assessment of cloud platforms such as Alicloud, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of secure design methodologies (such as threat modelling and attack surface enumeration).

• Previous experience 1-3 years as a security consultant, analyst, engineer, architect or a similar role related to cyber security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge about offensive security best practice (such as OWASP, NIST, PTEST standard, etc).
• Entry level offensive cybersecurity certification such as CEH, eJPT, COMPTIA+.

Requirements (good to have):

Job description

·  Strictly carry out testing work in accordance with relevant international, national, and local regulations, standards, and work instructions to ensure that test data and conclusions are fair, accurate, and reliable.

·  Complete testing tasks on time, promptly provide raw data and test results to the testing supervisor, draft test reports, and log them in the system or logbook.

·  Collaborate with the testing supervisor to implement specific technical tasks, such as introducing new methods.

·  Assist the testing supervisor with the implementation of method validation and equipment validation.

·  Maintain 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) and manage safety and environment at the testing site.

·  Perform routine spot checks and maintenance on all testing equipment.

·  Participate in technical training, master instrument performance and general method principles, and actively accept supervision and guidance from the supervisor.

·  Ensure the authenticity and clarity of raw data. When an abnormal result is found, promptly report it to the supervisor and submit an Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigation form.

·  Draft work instructions, such as testing methods and operating procedures.

Job Requirements

· Vocational high school diploma or higher, with a major in a science or engineering field.

·  Familiar with testing standards and specifications, as well as the technical requirements of the testing projects being carried out.

·  Familiar with the relevant regulations and requirements within the department's management system documents.

· Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred.

• Have expereince in Red Teams (Penetration test) and Blue teams as IT Security at minimum 2 years experience
• have one of certified: PCNSA, NSEA-FCP, HCIA, JNCIA, CCSA

Qualifications

• Preferred certifications include eCIR (INE Certified Incident Responder), BTL1 (Blue Team Level 1), PSAA (Practical SOC Analyst Associate), and SAL1 (Security Analyst Level 1). Additional certifications such as eJPT, PJPT, PWPA, and PT1 are also valued. Other equivalent certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+/CySA+, EC-Council CSA, or ECIH may be considered based on relevance and experience.

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will lead the testing operations for medium-voltage switchgear in compliance with IEC standards. This role is critical in ensuring product quality, safety, and performance through rigorous testing procedures and team supervision. You have the opportunity to assist the local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. The work model for the role is: On-site Factory Tangerang Banten

This role is contributing to the Factory Operations Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Lead the testing and quality control team to ensure compliance with IEC for medium-voltage switchgear.
• Conduct test protocols and lead the team to ensure that products and systems meet specified requirements and customer expectations. This includes incoming quality, in-process quality, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Relay Protection Systems Testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support quality control for supplier and production quality, testing, validation, and engineering activities within the local organization.
• Supervise and mentor technicians, monitor and report the progress, and provide insights to inform operational decision-making and resolve issues.
