Who we're looking for
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (MPsych) or Degree in Counselling
- Valid Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) registration and/or Clinical Psychologist Registration Certificate
- Additional certification or training in psychotherapy will be an advantage
AND
- Have at least 2 years of experience with adult clients from various backgrounds and different health conditions including physical chronic diseases such as obese, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes;
- Keen interest in the application of digital technology;
- Passionate or willing to learn about healthy living, motivational interviewing, and interdisciplinary health care.
What you'll be doing
- Provide support and care for the public, corporate clients and patients digitally
- Provide holistic mental and physical health support to our members with evidence-based medical and physical health ways to assist them towards making new behaviour changes and becoming their healthiest self
- Review daily progress of members and provide feedback to ensure that members stay on track in achieving their goal
- Work with other coaches from other specialities within Naluri to come up with the best customized plan that fits the members

What you will do
The Mental Health Therapist 2, under the supervision of professional staff, participates in the development and implementation of individual treatment plans that supports the Recovery Model in the State Delivered Secure Residential Treatment Facility, serving high risk/high profile individuals currently residing at Pendleton Cottage. Pendleton Cottage is responsible for treatment of individuals with mental illness who do not need a hospital level of care. These individuals are placed in Pendleton Cottage primarily through conditional release from the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB) and remain under their jurisdiction. Other residents may be placed in Pendleton Cottage through civil commitment or guardian commitment from Oregon State Hospital. Pendleton Cottage is a Secure Residential Treatment Facility whose mission statement is: "To act with a recovery focus to increase positive life experiences, self-confidence, and community integration."
Minimum Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Three years of experience working with people with mental, emotional or behavioral illness or histories or physically impaired clients.
- An Associate's or a Bachelor's degree in social science (such as social work, human services, psychology, child development, gerontology, health, or health education) may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
