- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repair activities to ensure smooth operation of all machines.
- Ensure equipment performance meets specifications and targets for uptime and productivity.
- Control the availability of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts for all machinery to prevent delays.
- Create and maintain maintenance procedures and work instructions; keep detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance, and tooling management.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions; conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Drive improvement initiatives to reduce machine breakdowns and optimize Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
- Coordinate the purchasing, testing, commissioning, and installation of specialized components and equipment.

- Ensure the effective management of energy consumption. Verify and calibrate equipment used by the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Work closely with service vendors and equipment owners to manage equipment acquisition, servicing, and modifications.
- Ensure compliance to the standard of quality, environment, heath, and safety in his/her respective area in-charge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering in electronics or high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with project management practices and the ability to lead project teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Familiar with equipment optimization practices.
- Trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
