**The Role:**
The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible in driving retail marketing strategies and channel development for Logitech Indonesia- based in Jakarta

+ Lead trade marketing efforts to develop and implement strategies that align with both brand objectives and customer needs.
+ Create and implement retail marketing strategies and in-store merchandising plans to boost product visibility and engage consumers in a competitive environment. This includes developing effective POS materials, managing costs, optimizing planograms, and coordinating display placements and asset creation with local merchandisers
+ Collaborate with Cluster Marketing and Marcom Manager to develop quarterly and annual retail plans, prioritizing key stores and aligning strategies for submission
+ Work closely with the Country and Category Managers to execute retail and distribution-level promotions that align with brand priorities, while also tracking and evaluating Trade Marketing projects to assess their effectiveness and ROI.
+ Partner with the Account and Category Managers to ensure Trade Marketing initiatives are in sync with sales targets and brand goals
+ Utilise Yoobic for merchandisers' management and global/local missions, measuring coverage nationwide to ensure stocks replenishment
+ Enhance product presentation, promotions, and merchandising to boost sales and market share
+ Bridge marketing and sales to drive product demand in retail, while analyzing performance and adjusting trade activities to meet market trends
+ Travel as needed to better understand market needs and dynamics
**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
+ Education: University Bachelor or above with minimum 5 years of experience (FMCG or Consumer products desired)
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and work independently
