Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute promotional activities, product sampling, and on-ground events according to the marketing plan.
  • Ensure all promotional materials (POP, POSM, banners, booths, displays) are properly installed and meet the company standards.
  • Assist in preparation and execution of product launches, roadshows, and consumer engagement events.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotional and activation activities in the field.

  • Collect program data (photos, sales reports, consumer feedback).

  • Willing to travel frequently and work in the field.

  • Owning a personal vehicle is a must (car).

As a Settlement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution, reconciliation, and reporting of daily transactions related to mutual fund operations. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with regulations, handling settlement activities with custodians and banks, and supporting reporting to both management and regulators.

Responsibilities:

  • Process daily subscription, redemption, refund, and return transactions.
  • Import, export, and update NAV data, including NAV difference calculations.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of RDN, SBN, and Payment Gateway.
  • Perform transaction checks, fund suspension monitoring, and unit adjustments (including inheritance cases).
  • Disburse rewards and manage scheduled fund transfers.
  • Prepare and submit daily, biweekly, and monthly transaction reports.
  • Prepare and submit OJK monthly reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Cross-check data with banks, custodians, and investment managers (pre-matching process).
  • Manage client and partner communications (emails, confirmations, proofs, transaction queries).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and transaction logs for audit purposes.
  • Support finance with data requests, reconciliation, and cross-checks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Capital Market (preferred), Finance, Accounting, or Management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations/Settlement within APERD, Custodian Bank, Securities, or Investment Manager preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the S-Invest system
  • Licensed in WAPERD is a plus
  • Personal experience as a mutual fund investor (having and transacting mutual funds) is preferable
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation tools)
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

What your current role should be like?

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in customer support, handling inquiries, complaints, and disputes in high-volume B2C or payment environments.
  • Solid track record in managing end-to-end merchant satisfaction metrics, ensuring quality SLAs, and implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Hands-on involvement in utilizing analytics tools to identify patterns in disputes and integrating insights into product enhancement roadmaps.

  • Handle inquiries and complaints from merchants.
  • Maintain chat, SLA, and merchant satisfaction rate quality.
  • Manage inquiries, complaints, and disputes coming through various channels (phone, email, chat, automated, letters, etc) and close the issues accurately in a timely manner.
  • Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect merchant satisfaction or retention.
  • Involve appropriate internal teams to efficiently and effectively handle the complaints/disputes.
  • Analyze the incoming queries/complaints/disputes to identify patterns to define action-ables, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap.

Requirements

What do you have?

  • Min. 3 years of related working experience in managing customer success for large scale customer facing apps/portals. Additional experience/understanding of call center ops, analytics and technology in the space are appreciated.
  • Strong understanding of both consumer and business targeting and full funnel penetration (B2C and B2B).
  • Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Have a proven track record of success in previous roles and have worked in a similar setting, such as a Pre series A-B company will be a plus.
