Jobdesk:

1. Mengumpulkan dan memverifikasi dokumen keselamatan kerja karyawan baru serta mengurus pembuatan kartu identitas pabrik.

1. Mengajukan dan mengelola izin kerja berisiko/khusus (work permit) sesuai prosedur K3.

2. Melaksanakan safety morning meeting serta memberikan safety briefing kepada karyawan.

3. Melakukan inspeksi keselamatan rutin di area kerja dan memastikan tindak lanjut perbaikan atas temuan hazard.

4. Mengawasi kepatuhan karyawan terhadap prosedur K3 dan perilaku kerja aman.

Responsibilities:

• Doing HSE activity through Safety Meeting, Toolbox meeting, Electrical Safety, Near miss Activity, Inspection and Accident Investigation.
• Create and maintaining JSA/LOTO/CSMS/HIRADC reports and activities (Daily, Monthly, Planned Activities) and summarizing KPI & KPR achievement of each process.
• Compliance Control for HSE Requirement and Customer Need.
• Create K3 program, SOP and planning for its implementation.
• Liaise with government related to new permit and regulation in HSE.

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma in any major preferably from occupational, health and safety
• Minimum 2 years as HSE, preferably from mining company
• Fully understand about CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System), UU No.1 Th.1970 & other regulation related with K3 and strongly understand how to do the implementation.
• Fully understand about ISO 9001, ISO and ISO
• Have valid safety certification or license such as Pengawas Operasional Pertama or Ahli K3 Umum
• Have high motivation and can work together in a team
• Take initiative, multitasking, pro-active, fast learner, and quick response
• Proven skills in using MS Office
• Good communication in English
• Can join immediately

Syarat Safety Officer Project :

1. Pendidikan

Minimal D3 atau S1: Lulusan dari jurusan yang relevan seperti Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Teknik Industri, Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Sipil, Kesehatan Masyarakat.

2. Sertifikasi

Sertifikasi K3: Memiliki sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum atau Ahli K3 Konstruksi dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker).

3. Pengalaman Kerja

Tidak takut bekerja di Ketinggian dan Pengalaman Relevan: Memiliki pengalaman di bidang K3, baik melalui proyek, atau pengalaman profesional sebelumnya, yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan perusahaan.

4. Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Teknis (Hard Skills)

Pemahaman Peraturan: Menguasai peraturan perundang-undangan K3, standar keselamatan kerja, serta standar internasional seperti ISO 45001.

Identifikasi Risiko: Mampu mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan memetakan potensi bahaya dan risiko di lingkungan proyek.

Pelaporan & Dokumentasi: Terampil dalam membuat laporan K3, dokumentasi HSE, dan menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran seperti Microsoft Office untuk keperluan tersebut.

Pelatihan K3:

5.Mampu memberikan safety induction dan sosialisasi prosedur keselamatan kepada seluruh pekerja proyek.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing safety training
• Creating safety reports
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, safety data, and training documentation
• Collaborate with management and other departments to develop safety strategies.

• Merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, dan mengawasi pelaksanaan program keselamatan kerja (K3) agar sesuai standar dan regulasi.
• Mengawasi penerapan K3 oleh karyawan dan kontraktor.

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di Kesehatan Masyarakat, K3, Teknik Lingkungan, atau bidang terkait.
• Diutamakan berdomisili di Jabodetabek.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Safety Officer gedung/properti.
• Memiliki sertifikat K3 yang masih berlaku (sertifikasi tambahan menjadi nilai lebih).
• Menguasai manajemen risiko, prosedur evakuasi darurat, dan penggunaan APD.
• Komunikatif, disiplin, mampu bekerja dalam tim, serta memiliki inisiatif dan kepedulian tinggi terhadap keselamatan kerja.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist to develop, review and implementation of OSH management plans, procedures, and instructions.
• Conduct on HSSE monitoring, intervention, reporting and follow up actions.
• Provide support for regular engagement with authorities for on-site OSH compliance and to advise contractor HSSE personnel on submission of relevant reports to relevant authorities.
• Communicate and assist resolve conflict on different OSH standards or requirements involving foreign contractor/subcontractor's practices and Malaysian's Standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in safety management, with a focus on hydropower projects or construction sites.
• In-depth understanding of local and international safety regulations, standards, and codes relevant to construction and hydropower projects.
• Good ability to assess OSH risks and recommend control measures.
• Strong communication skills to convey safety requirements and guidelines to project personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Willing to be located in Malinau, North Kalimantan (Roster based)
