Job Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
+ Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
+ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
+ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
+ Represent the company at job fairs and networking events
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
+ 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tool
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
+ Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
+ Familiarity with Workday is advantageous, though not mandatory
+ Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
