You will also create training guides, manuals, and other resources for apprentices and their mentors.

You will also monitor apprentice progress, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to the training content and delivery methods to optimize learning outcomes. Experience in instructional design and e-learning development platforms is essential.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, a relevant technical field, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or corporate training, particularly with apprenticeship or vocational programs, is required. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong presentation and facilitation abilities, are necessary.
