Kualifikasi & Persyaratan

  1. Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, Human Resources, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Pengalaman Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Learning & Development dan diutamakan Industri Transportasi & Logistic
  3. Menguasai konsep Instructional Design (ADDIE), dan evaluasi pelatihan dan Learning Management System.
  4. Memiliki Sertifikasi TOT BNSP menjadi nilai tambah
  5. Keterampilan komunikasi, presentasi, dan fasilitasi yang sangat baik.
