This position will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Deliver offline and online soft skill training programs for service advisors and technicians.
- Design and develop training modules tailored to soft skill development needs.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of dealer service advisors and technicians.
- Maintain training records and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Visit regional training centers and dealer locations across Indonesia to supervise and ensure training quality and consistency.
- Ensure consistent training implementation with collaboration to Mitsubishi dealers.
- Provide regular training activity reports and performance analysis to internal and related stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Any Major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a trainer is a plus.
- Knowledge of soft skills training and related tools.
- Strong analytical skills, especially related to training evaluation and performance analysis.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Able to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
