Management Development Program (MDP) is a development program aimed at prospective employees from fresh graduates recruitment, who will be comprehensively educated, specifically in the business area. This development program provides career acceleration opportunities for university graduates who are selected to join our program. Through this development program, we aim to create competent and potential individuals as our future leaders, who will jointly grow the business line of PT Uniair Indotama Cargo (UIC Group). Through this development program, each participant will be given the opportunity to learn new things within the scope of the logistics industry specifically in the field of International Forwarding, and understand the provisions, regulations, and export-import business processes of shipping goods by applying compliance principles and applicable regulations.

• Bachelors / Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (TI), and Information System (SI), or Transportation Management from reputable university.
• Minimum GPA 3,50.

Job Description

• Mengikuti serangkaian program pelatihan dan pengembangan, termasuk penugasan proyek dan on-the-job training sebagai bagian dari komitmen program dalam menciptakan pemimpin operasional yang siap dan terampil untuk perusahaan.
• Melaksanakan proyek, menyampaikan hasil, serta mempresentasikan temuan dan usulan sebagai bagian dari Program (Management Development Program).
• Belajar dan menghadapi tantangan di Departemen, dengan target pengembangan selama 12 bulan untuk menjadi Pemimpin tingkat pertama.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

• Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan IPK minimal 3.00, dengan prioritas kebutuhan saat ini dari Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, dan Teknik Elektro

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) with GPA min. 3.00 and from a reputable University in any major.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Relation, B2B handling, or similar related position.
3. Individuals with good leadership, communication, teamwork, adaptability, negotiation and creative thinking skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
5. Excellent in English (Written & Spoken) is a plus.
