About the Role:

The ERP & Financial Transformation Manager is responsible to ensure the Oracle ERP system is effectively implemented, maintained, and customized to support DOKU's financial and operational requirements, and also able to initiate Digital Transformation projects within organization.

What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (Oracle Fusion Cloud)
• Working with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users
• Working with Internal & External stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Supervise Custom Application Development and System Integration
• Define Integration Plan between all systems, and ensure data Synchronization
• Deploy ERP solutions and ensure seamless system integration
• Focus on specific business processes and modules within the ERP system
• Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
• Develop and configure customized ERP solutions
• Manage the ERP implementation & ensuring timely and successful deployment
• Managing data entry and ensuring data accuracy
• Developing and maintaining user documentation and procedures
• Ensure users are able to use the system and adopt it to their business
• Provide training to end-users on how to use the ERP system effectively
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation before deploying new ERP features.
• Monitor ERP system performance, identify areas for improvement and suggesting possible solutions

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Sales, Financial/Accounting, etc.), especially Oracle Report Fusion, Oracle Apex, and Workato.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL/API programming with at least 2 years of experience is a must.
• Experience with database systems (SQL, XML, BI Publisher).
• Experience with Open API Development (REST/SOAP API).
• Knowledge of accounting processes or experience as an ERP consultant is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Ability to perform good leadership within ERP team.
• Willing to work from office in Jakarta.

As the Supply Chain Transformation Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:

· Develop & Implement Strategy: You will design and execute innovative supply chain strategies and roadmaps that help our partners meet their responsible sourcing goals. This involves analyzing supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and pathways for positive change.

· Lead Business Engagement: You will coordinate and lead engagement with selected businesses, primarily in the Indo-Pacific region. This includes presenting data-driven reports, co-designing solutions to address challenges, and following up on action plans to ensure progress.

· Collaborate & Innovate: Working with a global team, you will provide expert insights and technical support on everything from traceability to deforestation. You'll also help identify gaps in our current approaches and contribute to developing new, more effective solutions.

· Drive Impact Through Data: You will translate complex supply chain data into actionable intelligence. By developing baseline and quarterly reports, you'll provide the clear recommendations and insights needed to verify progress and drive transformative change.

· Contribute to a Global Network: You will actively participate in our global network of experts, sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices to advance our collective mission.

You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles within palm oil, other agricultural commodities, corporate sustainability, agriculture, or supplier engagement. With proven expertise in relationship management, you are skilled at engaging with buyers and suppliers to drive effective collaboration. Your solid understanding of procurement practices, processes, and responsible sourcing enables you to identify both challenges and opportunities for creating sustainable value across the supply chain. As a capable leader, you foster strong teamwork and guide initiatives with clarity and purpose. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools supports your ability to analyze data, manage processes, and deliver impactful results.
