Responsibilities
  • Lead the General Ledger (GL) team and oversee daily accounting operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and closing activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial reviews and statutory audits.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

As a General Ledger Accountant within our team, you will report to the Finance Controlling Manager for Shared Servicesand will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of the ongoing financial operations, and will be expected to take complete ownership for your areas of focus.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CA is preferred

  • Fluent in English, experience working or studying in an English language environment is sufficient
  • An Excel champion, with some experience with a large ERP system such as SAP previously
  • Highly analytical with great problem-solving skills
  • Good communicator and able to build effective relationships with peers and internal customers
