1. Supplier Performance & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact and foster strategic relationships with assigned suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews (Quarterly Business Reviews) to discuss KPIs, improvements, and innovation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive supplier profiles and databases.
2. Supplier Performance & Compliance:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on supplier performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality Acceptance Rate (QAR), and service levels.
- Ensure supplier compliance with all contractual requirements, company policies, and quality, ethical, and environmental (ESG) standards.
3. Supplier Development & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing team in the evaluation, selection, and qualification of new suppliers.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments on suppliers and develop mitigation plans to ensure supply chain resilience.
4. Contract Management & Negotiation:
- Assist in the negotiation of favorable long-term agreements (LTAs) and contracts.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure all contractual documents are properly stored and documented.
5. Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments such as Quality Assurance (QA), Engineering, Planning, and Manufacturing to resolve supplier-related issues (e.g., delivery delays, quality problems, technical specifications).
- Serve as a bridge for communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management role (Raw Material - Fabric) .
- Hands-on experience in handling and negotiating with suppliers.
- Understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and lean manufacturing principles is a strong advantage.
Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data (cost, quality, performance) using tools like Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) or other analytics software.
- Procurement Knowledge: In-depth understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles.
- Contract Management: Experience in managing and understanding procurement contracts.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and assess supply chain risks.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle).
Soft Skills:
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Able to speak Chinese is a strong advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for all material related quality topics, drive suppliers throught development program to achieve zero defect goals, supplier continues improvement/project/assessment and be eccountable for internal customer satisfaction indices related to material quality.
In your new role, you will:
- Drive supplier for 8D focussing on preventive actions for Technical, and Detection escape root cause. And ensure sufficient good quality material is available to avoid line down at company operations, and enabling company Zero Defect goals

- Degree holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Applied Science with a Physics/Chemistry/Material Science major
- Minimum of 5 years of quality or engineering working experience,
- Semiconductor backend or automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work in diverse, cross-country team
- Strong communication and driving skills with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- VDA 6.3 / IATF lead auditor certified is preferred.
