Deskripsi Posisi

Ini adalah peran magang jarak jauh yang bersifat
unpaid internship
untuk posisi Visual Design di Diet Partner. Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab untuk membuat materi visual yang menarik dan professional untuk keperluan informasi terkait kesehatan, khususnya gizi, dan konten digital lainnya.

Kualifikasi

• Fresh graduates
  atau mahasiswa semester akhir, dengan pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (
  *Nutrition and health-related fields are preferable
  )
• Memiliki kemampuan membuat dan menyusun konten visual yang baik dan komunikatif
• Mampu menyampaikan informasi terkait gizi secara jelas dan mudah dipahamai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design Instruction & Mentorship (Deliver engaging and practice-oriented courses in drawing, photography, digital design, and animation using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, and Blender.)
2. Curriculum Development (Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a design curriculum that integrates industry trends, AI comprehension, and interdisciplinary approaches.)
3. Student Portfolio Supervision (Guide students in creating professional visual portfolios, offering mentorship on project execution, conceptual thinking, and visual storytelling.)
4. Research & Community Engagement (Tri Dharma) (Participate actively in research, community service, and academic collaborations aligned with the Tri Dharma values and the evolving design ecosystem.
5. International & Bilingual Education (Teach in English with confidence, supporting a global learning environment, and encouraging cross cultural and international academic engagement.)

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum Education Level: Master Degree in Design or Art.
2. Field of Study: Design and Art
3. Professional Experience (if required): Teaching and research experience will highly considerable.
4. Other Competencies/Certifications (e.g., language proficiency, pedagogical certification, relevant industry experience): Any related design certifications are considerable.

Job description :

1. Design engaging and easy-to-understand visual materials to support the dissemination of our research results. This includes developing info graphics, data visualizations, policy briefs, presentation materials, books, videos, and other ad-hoc materials for various audiences, including PT SMI internally, policymakers, and the wider public.

2. Ensure visual communication designs align with PT SMI's corporate identity standards and best practices in communication and publication.

3. Develop standardized guidelines or templates to facilitate the publication and visual communication of research results in the future.

4. Provide brief training or mentoring to the DRE team on effective visual communication design strategies and products.

5. Coordinate with the DRE team or other relevant parties to ensure research results are presented effectively in various communication media.

6. Perform other related duties as directed by the Head of the Economic Research Division

Expected Outputs :

1. Engaging and easy-to-understand visual materials to support the dissemination of DRE research results, such as:

o Info graphics and data visualizations that illustrate key research findings.

o Policy briefs with professional and informative visuals.

o Presentation slides for various audiences, including PT SMI internals, policymakers, and the public.

o Other visual communication content as needed (e.g., short videos or illustrations).

1. Standardized visual communication design templates, such as research reports, and working paper or info graphic formats that can be used continuously by the DRE team.

2. Documentation of completed tasks, including soft and hard copy files, as well as periodic progress reports.

3. Recommendations or strategies for visual communication-based publications that can be implemented by the DRE.

Qualification :

1. Min. bachelor's degree in visual communication design, graphic design, multimedia, communication science, or other relevant field.

2. Min. 3 years of related experience in visual communication design and research report visualization. Experience working on public policy communication projects and research is an added advantage.

3. Proficiency in professional graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other basic video tools useful for visual design.

4. Interested in economic, social, and development issues.

5. Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with SMI's internal team and relevant stakeholders.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

1. The duration of the contract work is 12 (twelve) months. This period may change depending on the implementation situation in the field and the agreement.

Persyaratan Teknis:

• Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak desain seperti Rhino, Fusion360, SolidWorks, atau Blender untuk membuat model CAD, rendering, dan dokumentasi teknis.
• Memahami prinsip dasar mekanik dan mampu merancang bentuk ornamen yang sesuai dengan sistem gerak dan karakteristik produk.
• Berpengalaman dalam mengeksplorasi material dan teknik finishing untuk tujuan artistik maupun teknis.
• Terampil dalam membuat prototipe menggunakan printer 3D, mesin CNC, atau metode manual lainnya.
• Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim lintas fungsi (Engineering, R&D, Inovasi Teknologi) dan aktif melakukan riset tren desain untuk pengembangan ornamen dan merchandise berbasis kinetik.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

• Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Seni Rupa, Desain Produk, Desain Interior, Arsitektur, atau disiplin kreatif sejenis.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam desain produk atau peran serupa.
• Diutamakan yang memiliki minat atau pengalaman dalam eksplorasi bentuk estetika, instalasi artistik, atau karya berbasis konsep.
• Memiliki pendekatan desain yang peka terhadap nilai artistik dan naratif, bukan sekadar fungsional atau teknikal.
• Terbiasa merancang atau menciptakan karya visual/objek yang menggabungkan unsur estetika dan gerak (kinetik), baik dalam skala kecil (merchandise) maupun instalasi.

• Membuat desain template foto (frame, overlay, filter) sesuai tema acara (wedding, birthday, corporate event, dll).
• Mendesain materi promosi (poster, banner, katalog, brosur, flyer).
• Menyusun branding visual untuk booth (backdrop, dekorasi digital, logo, konsep booth).

• Membuat konten grafis untuk Instagram, TikTok, dan platform promosi lainnya.
• Mendesain feed, story, reels dengan tema menarik untuk menarik pelanggan.
• Mengedit foto/video dokumentasi event untuk kebutuhan publikasi.

• Berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing & operasional untuk memahami kebutuhan klien.
• Menyediakan desain khusus sesuai permintaan customer (custom template, desain corporate identity).
• Mendukung tim teknis dalam instalasi software/mesin photobooth yang menggunakan template desain.

• Menyusun database template desain yang terorganisir (per kategori acara).
• Menjaga kualitas visual agar sesuai standar perusahaan.
• Melakukan revisi desain berdasarkan feedback dari klien atau manajemen.

• Mengikuti tren desain (typography, color trend, social media style).
• Mengembangkan ide kreatif baru untuk meningkatkan daya tarik photo booth.
• Membuat mockup dan presentasi konsep desain kepada manajemen atau klien.
