• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to promote product inspection equipment.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of X-ray, metal detector, and checkweigher systems.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure product quality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, service, and marketing to support sales efforts.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to stay updated on market trends and technologies.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Eng., Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., Automation Eng., or related field is preferred.

• Good technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies. Minimum able to describe the working principles of Checkweigher, Metal Detector, Xray Systems, and Vision Inspection.
• Proven experience in sales or technical support of product inspection systems (X-ray, metal detector, checkweigher).
• Strong understanding of product inspection technologies and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly to customer sites.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

Sebagai anggota tim QA/QC, Anda akan memainkan peran kunci dalam memastikan kualitas produk kami tetap terjaga di setiap tahap proses produksi. Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan inspeksi dan pengujian kualitas pada bahan baku, proses produksi, dan produk jadi untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar dan spesifikasi perusahaan.

• Develop, review, and maintain Test Scenarios and Test Cases; perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

• Mengevaluasi aktifitas kerja yang dilakukan bawahan, menggusulkan upaya perbaikan dan memperbaiki aktifitas kerja dalam lingkup wewenang untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik,

Area Tanggung Jawab :

1 Quality Planning (Clause 6 & 8) - Menyusun dan memelihara Quality Plan untuk setiap tahapan produksi.

• Memastikan semua instruksi kerja dan standar inspeksi terdokumentasi dan diterapkan.

• Memverifikasi kesesuaian material incoming terhadap spesifikasi.

2 Process Quality Control (Clause 8.5)

• Melakukan inspeksi proses di setiap tahap produksi (printing, slotting, die-cut, gluing, stitching).

• Mencatat hasil inspeksi ke dalam Check Sheet / QC Form dan melakukan analisa trend reject.

• Memberikan stop production notice jika ditemukan non-conformity kritikal.

3 Final Inspection & Release (Clause 8.6)

• Melakukan final product inspection berdasarkan sampling plan dan standar mutu produk.

• Menyetujui atau menolak produk berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan akhir.

• Menyusun Certificate of Conformity (CoC) bila diminta pelanggan.

4 Non-Conformity & Corrective Action (Clause 10.2)

• Mendokumentasikan setiap temuan non-conformity report (NCR) .

• Berkoordinasi dengan PPIC & Produksi untuk analisa akar penyebab (root cause analysis ).

• Memantau efektivitas tindakan korektif.

5 Supplier Quality (Clause 8.4)

• Melakukan evaluasi kualitas bahan baku & performa supplier secara berkala.

• Memberikan feedback dan rekomendasi kepada Purchasing terkait Approved Vendor List (AVL) .

6 Documentation & Record Control (Clause 7.5)

• Memastikan seluruh dokumen mutu (form, SOP, instruksi kerja) selalu versi terbaru dan tersertifikasi.

• Menyimpan catatan hasil inspeksi, NCR, dan laporan mutu secara sistematis untuk audit internal/eksternal.

7 Internal Audit Support (Clause 9.2)

• Membantu pelaksanaan audit internal dan eksternal ISO 9001:2015.

• Menyiapkan data dan bukti objektif untuk auditor.

8 Continuous Improvement (Clause 10.3)

• Menganalisis data reject, rework, dan customer complaint untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan (Kaizen ).

• Memberikan saran peningkatan proses dan kualitas produk.
