Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree (preferred) in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Economics, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
8–12 years (AVP) / 12–15 years (VP) of relevant experience in program management, sustainability, ESG, research, and business development.
Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, ESG frameworks, and sustainability practices in Indonesia.
Demonstrated experience in fundraising, partnership building, and donor engagement.
Strong program management track record: planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.
