About the Role:
We are looking for a
Wholesale Manager
to lead and grow our wholesale channel in the Mom & Baby industry. This role will focus on driving sales growth, acquiring new babyshop outlets, and building long-term partnerships with store owners and wholesale customers. The ideal candidate has strong experience in wholesale distribution, is data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly analyze and act on sales data to identify growth opportunities, enhance revenue, expand market share, and improve the overall performance of wholesale accounts.
- Set and achieve sales growth targets, while maintaining and increasing the number of active outlets in line with company goals
- Acquire new outlets (NOO) proactively through direct outreach and coordination with area sales teams
- Negotiate and establish long-term reseller agreements with babyshop owners and wholesale customers
- Collaborate closely with branding & marketing teams to design impactful promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs that engage customers
- Monitor babyshop and marketplace pricing to ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and recommend adjustments when discrepancies are found
- Track customer receivables, ensure timely collections, and maintain a healthy cash flow
- Mentor, coach, and supervise sales team members to improve field execution and overall performance
- Conduct regular team meetings to share insights, provide guidance, and align on strategy
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports, including forecasts and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wholesale or retail sales, preferably in the Mom and Baby Care industry
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and expanding wholesale distribution channels
- Hands-on experience in outlet acquisition, reseller negotiations, and account receivables management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to build strong relationships with babyshop owners and wholesale partners
- Leadership skills with experience in coaching and managing a sales team
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel frequently across different regions in Indonesia
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

- High level of personal credibility with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
