Role Description

This is a full-time position for a System Administrator at PT DEWAWEB located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining server infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, providing technical support, and ensuring network security and efficiency. Daily tasks will include system monitoring, performance tuning, backup management, and supporting internal teams with technical expertise.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Mengelola sistem POS (produk, harga, data toko, metode pembayaran) agar operasional harian lancar.
• Mengatur dan mengelola sistem membership (level member, poin, kupon, promo).
• Mendukung pembukaan toko baru & upgrade sistem IT bersama tim teknis.
• Menjadi kontak utama dukungan teknis untuk tim toko, serta membuat panduan operasional.
• Memelihara jaringan, server, dan aset IT kantor.

Requirement

1. Have good Mandarin language skills ;

Airline ticket purchasing system administration

Must be able to speak English.

If applicant's can speak Mandarin, applicant's will receive a higher salary.

1. Managing the Booking System

Ensuring that the ticket reservation system (Amadeus system) runs smoothly.

Entering, changing, or canceling reservations according to customer requests.

Handling ticket issuance (issuing electronic tickets after payment).

1. Coordination with Airlines

Reporting technical issues or flight cancellations and integrating the airline's automated system.

1. Ticket Price and Quota Management

Monitoring real-time prices from airlines and ensuring prices on the platform are accurate.

Manage special ticket quotas (block seats) for large customer bases.

Manage refunds, date changes, or ticket reissues in accordance with airline policies.

1. Data Maintenance & Security

Maintain the confidentiality of customer data (name, passport number, etc.).

Ensure the system is protected from input errors or cyber attacks.

Regularly backing up important data.

Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (System Administrator)

1. Memahami Instalasi, Konfigurasi, Monitoring dan Maintenance Servers (Both Physical and VMs)
2. Menguasai operating system server Windows dan Linux
3. Memahami & memiliki pengalaman physical storage(SAN Storage, SAN Switch)
