We're looking for a 
Network Engineer
 with min. 3 years of experience in a Network Engineer or similar IT infrastructure role. Who brings strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a service-driven mindset. In this role, you'll help design, maintain, and support secure and scalable network infrastructure across multiple locations — all while providing excellent support to both internal teams and clients.

Job Desc:

• Provide technical support and guidance to members and identify opportunities to upsell member IT services
• Monitor network health across all sites and identify and propose solutions to potential problems/issues before they occur
• Resolve incoming help requests from members, internal team, and monitoring alerts ensuring tickets are assigned, owned, and resolved quickly within SLA
• Establish a healthy network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency
• Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot network problems and escalate issues to vendors when necessary
• Continuously develop and improve network policies, procedures, and documentation ensuring they are implemented and followed by the team
• Conduct onsite installation, configuration, and testing of network infrastructure equipment for new locations and expansions

Core Technical Skills:

• Having experience min. 3 years as Network Engineer / Wireless Engineer (preferably focused handle WLAN, WiFi, or Radio Frequency (RF)
• Proficiency with technologies including: Access Point (AP), Wi-Fi controllers, RF Signal, Spectrum Analysis, Antenna Design, Wireless Security (WPA2, WPA3)
• Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF), Propagation, Site Survey, Wireless Security, and AP Configuration
• Experience with WiFi tuning tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet, WiFi Explorer, or similar)
• Strong understanding of wireless protocols and standards
• Hands-on networking troubleshooting experience required
• Thorough understanding of LAN, Layer 2 switching, data security, DNS, IP routing, firewall, HTTP, VPN, and email routing
• Experience with network performance tuning, LAN knowledge, Network Design and Implementation
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks while meeting strict deadlines

Basic Salary Range: IDR

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade wireless networks (Wi-Fi, cellular).

PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering

• Familiar with BTS multiproduct equipment (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson)

• Strong handling troubleshooting and analysis with Multi-Vendor BTS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) for any major related to IT (Computer Science, Mathematics/Physics, Electro, Telecommunication, Informatics, Information System, etc).

Job Description:

• Be responsible for responding to alerts generated by the monitoring system, covering incident ticket creation, incident notification to company, Level-1 analysis and troubleshooting.
• Incident Report as part of vendor's responsibility must be submitted immediately after troubleshooting to company's it Staff completed with analysis and taken actions.
• Incident Report (could be using Flash Info mechanism) must be escalated it to all concern parties. Time to produce Flash Info will follow the sla defined later (example below 20 minutes).
• Use Tools to monitor the availability of systems servers and network line (i.e. Solarwind, etc).
• Proactively raise incident / problem into operational service desk or ticketing system regarding project activity where required
• Supporting for network and service desk improvement
• Implement pre approve standard change (change request management regarding project based)
• Provide risk or advice regarding pre-implementation project where required

• Proactively reminder or notify the team regarding project process and timeline implementation

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma-3 Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience handling network environments is required.
• CISCO CCNA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic networking/telecommunication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange.
• Basic knowledge of all enterprise hardware and software used within the organization.
