Key Responsibilities
Technical Role:
- Lead daily activity and operations of storekeeper fittings and flanges.
- Responsible for inventory and assessment of material fittings and flanges.
- Assist management for continuous improvement at incoming, Storage, Issuing & preservation process.
- Stock Monitoring Control.
- Communicate with Logistic and procurement team for incoming project materials fittings and flanges.
- Organize store keepers for marking process (Identification numbering, low stress stamp).
- Prepare unique I/D numbering based on BOM & PDL and ensure all related document tally and comply.
- Checking the nonconformities.
- Prepared list of stock material (F/F) up to date.
- Provide MRTS and update information for incoming material to supervisor and related department.
- Closely coordinate with project and production team.
- Responsible for recording data to the electronics system for Incoming and Issuing material fittings & flanges.
- Update Daily Report Material fittings and flanges.
- Responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of respective area.
Safety Role
- Responsible for fulfilling HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management system requirements at all times in carrying out their respective work.
- Responsible for reporting accidents or incidents or actions that can lead to incidents (unsafe conditions) to his supervisor and record them in the book of accidents and incidents
- Carry out work in accordance with safety requirements and safe work methods that apply to their respective jobs, including the use of appropriate safety equipment.
- Conform to environmental management system requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma III.
- Experience at Warehouse (Data, Reporting, and filling management) is in priority
- Experience in warehouse operations, including data management, reporting, and file management, is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in computer usage, including at least Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and email.
- Previous experience in handling data and generating reports.
- Prioritized experience in inventory management.
- Good Knowledge of Warehouse and Store Activity.
- Having Lifting Licence and certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Store and Warehouse Officer.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
