POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

Engineering Manager leads engineering teams to ensure the successful, cost-effective, and timely launch of new assembly programs, overseeing process development, equipment installation, and quality validation for manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance to resolve problems and improve productivity in assembly environments. RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Record inspection results and carry out corrective actions when potential issues are identified.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and optimize machine electrical usage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English verbal and written.

• Perform enhancements, bug fixes, and feature updates on existing HRMS products.
