We are looking for an Electrical & Instrument Engineering Supervisor to lead the operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation facilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards.

• Prepare Electrical & Instrument documents (Loadlist, Voltage Drop Calculation, Cable Routing, Cable Schedule, MV & LV Schematic, Layout, BOQ, Earthing).
• Conduct vendor selection and verification.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of MCC, Transformer, MV & LV Cabinet, Boiler, Compressor, Motor (Induction, Servo, VSD/VFD), DCS, PLC, and field instruments.
• Supervise, develop, and train team members, including knowledge transfer to Group Leaders and Operators.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure execution of work plans to support operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Physics, Energy Conversion, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Min. 3 years' experience in a related field/industry/project.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of calibration tools (Pressure, Hartcom, Temperature, etc.).
• Strong in electrical calculation (Voltage Drop, Power Distribution LV/MV, Motor Starter: DOL, Star Delta, VFD/VSD).
• Able to read & interpret Line Diagrams, Schematics, Cable Routing & Schedule.
• Programming skills (PLC, DCS, HMI) are an advantage.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Factory Automation Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations by monitoring and maintaining our factory automation equipment. This role is suitable for individuals with a strong understanding of mechanics and electronics, as well as relevant experience in industrial automation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor facility equipment status and ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to and address any equipment breakdowns (Breakdown Management).
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to improve efficiency and reliability of production systems.
• Perform improvements and enhancements on equipment systems.
• Provide troubleshooting and reporting support.

Qualifications:

• Maximum Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum experience as Factory Automation Technician function for 2 years
• Experience in operating factory equipment, such as Conveyors, Lifters, AGVs, Stackers, etc at least for 2 years
• At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance (spare part management, monitoring, scheduling, and replacing mechanical or electrical parts).
• Experience with control programs, such as Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC.
• Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance.
• Skilled in using measuring tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical parts (Pneumatic, Gear Box Motor, etc.) and electrical parts (Sensors, Servo, PLC, etc.).
