  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and logistics, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex supply chains, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain optimization techniques, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian logistics landscape and regulations is advantageous.
