Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain and logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, transportation, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and key suppliers.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets for the supply chain and logistics department.
- Oversee the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and logistics, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in managing complex supply chains, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain optimization techniques, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics landscape and regulations is advantageous.
