Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Improvement Engineer to join their team in **Denpasar, Bali, ID**. This role is critical in analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements to existing manufacturing and operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies within production lines and business operations, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
Key responsibilities include conducting detailed process mapping and data analysis to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing new process designs or modifications, and leading cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects. You will also be involved in training staff on new processes and procedures, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and monitoring the impact of implemented changes through data collection and analysis. Collaboration with various departments, including production, quality control, and R&D, will be essential to ensure successful integration of improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma projects is a must, with certifications such as Black Belt or Green Belt being highly advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent project management and leadership abilities, are required. Proficiency in using statistical software and process simulation tools is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
