Job Overview:
The Commercial Associate will assist the Commercial Manager in managing store operations on Lazada, Shopee, other local E-commerce marketplaces as well as other ecommerce channels such as brand.com and social channels. This will include optimizing product listings, managing pricing and promotions, updating store design and layouts and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth. The Commercial Associate will also be responsible for providing support to the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing store operations on E-commerce marketplaces, brand.com and/ or social channels
- Optimize product listings and manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
- Uploading, changing & maintenance of shop (Banner, Images, Contents, Product Detail Page)
- Key contact point for all escalation, issues arising with platform and operations
- Facilitate all campaign set-up, promotion tools and maximizing utilization of seller tools within platforms
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide support to the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.
- Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- From 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus.

The Services Sales Representative of Valve Services is responsible for establishing and building relationships with assigned customers. **Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering.
+ 5-10 years minimum sales and commercial experience (sales, tendering, sales support, customer services representatives, product specialist or similar roles).
+ Have knowledge of valve and actuation products.
+ Experience with the function and operation of company products.

+ Use phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business, build & maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline
+ Identify and work with channel partners to scale reach across the territory, ensuring efficient coverage and driving partner-led growth in the SMB segment.

+ Independently drive sales campaigns, product demos and proof of concepts

**Your Experience**
+ 3+ years experience selling to Small and Medium customers with a substantial amount of time covering the required market(s)
+ Fluent in the local language(s) of target market(s)
+ Experience selling a portfolio of solutions and expanding a customer's environment with newer solutions
+ Familiarity with information technology products and topics - driven to learn more. Familiarity with cybersecurity is a plus.
+ Proven track record of winning new customers and exceeding revenue goals
+ Demonstrated success in working with channel partners or distributors to cover a defined territory, co-selling and enabling partner success within the SMB landscape.
+ Experience and proven success in new customer acquisition
+ Honed organizational, planning, communication and negotiation skills

- Develop and execute an overall business plan with the team to achieve the growth targets set for the business in terms of Revenue and margin expansion.
- Coordinate sales opportunities with the correct engineering and product deliverable.
- Undertake regular consultant/customer visits for ongoing product and sales training, joint sales calls, and open project reviews
- Manage any channel/M&E contractors conflict that may arise
- Evaluating competitors in the local market
- Have the ability to execute the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer base
- Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 to 5 years' experience in Project related sales background (Fire Alarms, Public Address and Voice Evacuation Systems, Fire Suppression Systems).
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
- Service/Project / Product Sales Experience would be beneficial
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
