As **Consulting Associate Director** - being part of our Chemicals consulting business, is to convert his or her experience, knowledge, insights and analysis along with S&P's knowledge base into sustainable, profitable S&P bespoke consulting services. Marketing S&P's expertise and himself/herself as an expert with professionalism are essential to this role.
**The Impact:** The role plays a pivotal role in advancing our consulting / advisory business through the provision of bespoke consulting services that includes the development of winning proposals and management of consulting projects as well as delivery of engagements to clients. Must be able to work independently in the negotiation and execution of consulting engagements.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the full chain from client relationship building, opportunity identification, proposal development, closing of sale and the delivery of work.
+ Pursue new leads generated from various channels and turn them into consulting engagements
+ Preparehigh quality single client proposals. This requires clear written and verbal communications skills and analytical creativity to determine deliverables that best serves client needs and budget, and maximize the service which S&P can provide
+ Manage and support delivery on all aspects of consulting engagements
+ Consulting Associate Directors are also required to lead project teams and to independently perform all analytical work needed to deliver successful engagement to the client. Candidate would be expected to work on spreadsheet models and extract information from in-house models and together with industry insight and experience provide deliverables to satisfy unique single client requirements.
+ Be able to summarize findings into concise presentations/reports and deliver/present findings to clients.
+ Maintain general knowledge of various chemical sectors (petrochemicals including olefins, aromatics, plastics, chloralkali; fertilizers, specialty chemicals and renewable) for interaction with clients.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing process technologies will be an added advantage
+ Cooperatively work across the organization at multi levels to utilize the resources and knowledge base efficiently and effectively, a strong teamplayer.
**What** **We're** **Looking For:**
+ 15+ years of experience working for major Indonesian companies or equivalent years in a business planning, business development and/or strategy development position within the chemical industry
+ Knowledge of various chemical process technologies is highly preferred
+ Proven experience in managing large and complex chemical studies
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Bachelor's Degree with an MBA (finance, marketing, and/or strategy) a major plus
+ Fluent in English
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
+ Proficient public speaker
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Sr Logistics Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities**

Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Verify/adjust billing for guests. Communicate to appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room. Advise guest of messages. Clear departures in computer system. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns. File guest paperwork or documentation. Operate telephone switchboard station. Run and check daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports. Supply guests with directions and information. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns; follow up to ensure each has been met to guests' satisfaction. Arrange transportation for guests/visitors. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Cash-guests' checks, process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft.
Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. **Responsibilities** **:**
+ Work with Honeywell Process Solutions Business Units (Project, Service & Software) combining knowledge of industrial best practices and processes with knowledge of the Process Solutions portfolio to develop opportunities that meet a customer's needs and requirements.
+ Accountable for individual performance with excellent account management and new account development skills.
+ Meet or exceed orders financial targets, which contribute to divisional profit and growth objectives.

+ Relevant Process Control & Automation solution knowledge with proven track records in project pursue and wins.

**Requirements:**
+ Experience: 5 ~ 10 years of Process Control industry (Automation) experience in technology, marketing, system application and consultative solution selling.
+ Proven experience prospecting for opportunities and or driving sales initiatives,
+ University Degree or equivalent (Preferably in Process Control, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering)
+ Strong communication skills -with the ability to address multiple levels of the internal and external organizations orally or in writing
+ Planning and organizational skills
+ Experience with executing solution selling methodologies
+ Can clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customer needs
+ Ability to seek out and assess new opportunities
+ A strong team player
+ Large Project Account management experience (>USD1m project)
+ Compelling presentation and communication skills
+ See ahead clearly; can anticipate future trends accurately; learn quickly and think independently to adapt as required
+ Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
**Preferred qualifications** **:**
+ Large project, process control industry selling experience with End User/EPC/Technical Consultant/Contractor/System Integrator and channel partner.
+ Entrepreneurial mindset
+ Demonstrated understanding of large project pursue process and commercial strategy
+ Strong organizational, digital, and written/verbal communication skills
+ Experience with Industrial markets preferred. (O&G Refining, Petrochemical, Chemicals, IIoT, Digital Transformation, Sustainability Energy Solutions)
